Vacuum Circuit Breaker Repair for Wolf Creek, Cordell Hull, and Old Hickory Power Plants

Description
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks market research to determine a competitive basis for refurbishing three Eaton 150VCP-WG-50-3000A Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs). The work involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and Eaton approved test equipment necessary to refurbish these government-provided VCBs. Following refurbishment, the contractor will be responsible for delivering one VCB each to Cordell Hull Power Plant, Wolf Creek Power Plant, and Old Hickory Power Plant. The VCBs must be compatible with existing US Army Corps of Engineers switchgear. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a size standard of $19 million. Contractors responding should have demonstrated experience in similar projects.
