Description
The City of Leander seeks statements of qualifications from firms with municipal experience in traffic and roadway engineering design and analysis. Selected firms will join a pre-qualified pool for a three-year professional services agreement and may be invited to submit proposals or selected based on qualifications for individual, as-needed project task orders. Prequalification does not guarantee task orders. Responses are evaluated on relevant qualifications and experience, proposed staff, available resources, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Respondents must provide proof of licensure, resumes and staffing information, project examples, and at least three comparable municipal or government references. The solicitation also requires a title page, transmittal letter, table of contents, specified response sections, a completed CIQ form, and the Professional Services Agreement Certification Form. Responses are limited to 35 pages, subject to stated exclusions, and must include a confidential redacted copy.
