Description
Capital Region BOCES seeks qualified firms, organizations, and individuals to provide school improvement services to participating school districts. Services may include leadership development and executive coaching; policy, advocacy, and engagement support; strategic planning; implementation support; professional learning; and human resources, administrative operations, and finance support. Proposers may offer one or more service categories and must describe their expertise and approach. Work will be tailored to individual district needs, with services purchased as needed and priced through proposed hourly rates and project-specific work plans and not-to-exceed quotes. The RFP is intended to establish a roster of qualified providers, with multiple awards possible and no guaranteed minimum work volume. Proposals must include qualifications and experience, at least three client references (including one from a New York school district or BOCES), a plan for delivering the proposed services, and a cost proposal using the provided Cost Proposal Form and exhibits. The initial contract term is one year, with four automatic one-year renewals. Required insurance applies to the successful proposer; the insurance affidavit is not required if a valid, current certificate of insurance is submitted with the proposal.
