Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for laboratory crane equipment maintenance and repairs at the Hinton-Mitchem Poultry Regional Diagnostic Laboratory. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Pricing must be provided for labor by the hour, travel and service calls, manlift rental by the day, repair parts with a markup percentage, and shipping. All repairs must be completed by a TC/American authorized service provider, and the agency may request documentation confirming that authorization. Suppliers offering alternate items or equipment must provide complete model and part numbers along with descriptive or technical literature; failure to provide required literature may result in rejection.
