Description
The State of New York, through its Office of General Services Design & Construction, is soliciting bids for bank stabilization services as part of the Oxford Flood Control project. This project aims to enhance flood control measures in the Chenango River area of Oxford, NY. The estimated contract value is between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond of $87,700 and will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. The solicitation includes restrictions on communications between bidders and OGS during the procurement process. There are also goals for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation (30% overall, 15% MBE, 15% WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) participation (3%).
