Description
The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center's Center for Cellular Engineering requires continued bulk liquid nitrogen delivery and monthly rental of the existing installed tank supporting its 3T cell-manufacturing facility. The requirement includes timely deliveries, continued use of the existing tank and connected system, and supporting documentation suitable for an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This is a presolicitation notice and intended sole-source acquisition involving Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc., the current tank owner and supplier. It is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals; interested responsible sources may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to support the existing operations, including any required quality-assurance review and requalification considerations.
