Description
The Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority is soliciting proposals for comprehensive managed information technology services supporting its administrative, operational, transit, and public meeting functions. The contractor will provide network administration; cloud, systems, and business application support; desktop, device, asset, and help desk services; cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery; communications and phone system support; website support; transit and onboard vehicle technology support; audio-visual and public meeting support; vendor management; technology planning; user training; reporting; and project management for authorized special projects. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through both remote and on-site support. The scope requires at least two regularly scheduled on-site service days per week, approximately 20 hours of support per week, 24/7 emergency support, defined incident response times, proactive monitoring and maintenance, daily backups with specified retention periods, quarterly restoration testing, annual disaster-recovery exercises, monthly and annual reporting, and transition-in and transition-out assistance. The contract is structured as a three-year initial term with up to two additional one-year options, compensated primarily through monthly firm-fixed pricing, with separately authorized project work billed at proposed hourly rates.
