Description
Tarrant County seeks bids for as-needed purchases of white, 20-pound bond copy paper in letter size (8.5 × 11 inches) and legal size (8.5 × 14 inches), with a minimum brightness of 84. Bidders must price both items. Paper must be packaged in standard reams and labeled cases; estimated quantities may vary, and the minimum order is five cases per purchase order. Orders will be delivered to locations specified on each purchase order, with delivery within five business days after receipt of order and all delivery costs included in unit prices. Defective or damaged items must be replaced at no cost within five business days. The contract has a 12-month initial term and may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods. Prices remain firm throughout the contract, including renewals. The bid is awarded by line item to the lowest bidder meeting specifications. The solicitation requests three references for similar work; insurance documentation and diversity certification are also requested with the bid.
