Description
Fox Valley Technical College is soliciting quotes from one qualified contractor to replace the existing luxury vinyl tile flooring in room AG137 of the Service Motor Agriculture Center with epoxy flooring. The work will be awarded to one contractor. The applicable construction standards specify a two-part epoxy floor coating system for general industrial lab applications, including primer and textured finish coats, surface preparation by shot blasting or grinding, crack and joint filling, masking of adjacent surfaces, and application in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Grit-level samples must be provided for approval before work begins. The bid package includes the electronic bid response, construction standards, and flooring replacement specifications. No pre-bid conference is available. The work is a one-time flooring replacement project.
