Description
MRC d'Arthabaska is soliciting proposals for the pumping, transportation, and treatment of sludge from septic installations. The procurement will use a comprehensive criteria-based evaluation without discussion or negotiation. The contract includes a four-year base period and two optional two-year periods at the contracting authority's discretion. Proposals may be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically through SEAO, and the solicitation documents are available through SEAO for the applicable fee.
