Description
The City of New Port Richey is soliciting sealed bids for procurement of one Ovivo OEM C40LT drive unit, removal of the existing unit, and installation of the replacement with an Ovivo-approved warranty. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. The drive unit must meet the specified torque, motor, gearing, overload protection, enclosure, coating, fastener, documentation, engineering, freight, and warranty requirements. Bidders must submit a minimum of 20 completed projects of similar size and complexity in Florida, with specified project, owner, contact, value, and completion-date information for each. The bid package requires a 5% bid security, one original, two copies, one digital USB drive, and the prescribed bid forms and certifications. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds and required insurance after award.
