Description
The City of Long Beach is soliciting bids for the complete fabrication and installation of a gateway sign marking the entrance to the city via 7th Street. The sign will be mounted on the Long Beach Bridge over 7th Street near Channel View Park and will include LED lighting to illuminate the Long Beach lettering facade. The work also includes lead compliance planning, construction-area signs, a traffic control system, traffic control supervision for 54 days, and four flashing arrow signs. Bids must cover the entire work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will address bidding procedures, the project labor agreement, and Long Beach Small Business Enterprise requirements, followed by a job-site walkthrough.
