Description
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal experience in water and wastewater design and analysis. Selected respondents will join a pre-qualified pool for a three-year agreement and may be invited to provide proposals or be selected based on qualifications for individual, as-needed task orders; prequalification does not guarantee work. Responses are evaluated on relevant qualifications and experience, proposed staff, available resources, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Respondents must provide at least three comparable municipal or government references from the past two years, proof of licensure, and a qualified registered professional engineer or architect as project manager with at least five years of relevant experience. The response is limited to 35 pages, subject to stated exclusions.
