Description
Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is soliciting sealed, unit-price bids for sandblasting concrete panels and applying polyurea material in the West Canal. Work must comply with District specifications, applicable industry standards, Washington public-works requirements, prevailing-wage laws, and applicable federal requirements. All work must be completed by March 5, 2027. Bidders must submit the District-provided bid form, perform the required pre-bid site inspection, and provide bid security equal to at least 5% of the bid amount in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond on the District form. The successful bidder must furnish additional bonds specified in the bidding documents and execute the required wage-payment and subcontractor-related certifications. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
