Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide chiller maintenance and incidental repair services for the Veterans Home in Chula Vista. The contract will cover routine services, annual preventative maintenance for two Carrier chillers, and emergency repair services. The contractor must possess a valid California C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor License and ensure all technicians have at least two years of documented experience or equivalent manufacturer training. All services must be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations. The contract term is one year, with potential for amendment.
