Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando is seeking to procure critical, brand-name spare components for the Navy Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. This procurement is essential for maintaining the operational readiness and instructional effectiveness of the NADMT program, which is a complex system-of-systems architecture. The acquired hardware will be used to establish the System Integration Laboratory (SIL), a crucial facility for integrating the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms. The solicitation specifies brand-name components, including various SSD drives (8TB Fortress Drive, 7.6 TB SSD, 4 TB SSD, 500 GB SSD), a Dell OptiPlex 7000 XE, a ruggedized binaural headset, a PTT USB adapter, and a Model H-USB Headset. These components are technically essential due to their integration into the existing NADMT system architecture and SIL. Substituting alternative components would introduce unacceptable risks, necessitate significant rework, and cause substantial delays and cost duplication. The contractor will be responsible for the procurement, inspection, and delivery of these spares to San Diego, CA. Shipments should be consolidated to the maximum extent practicable. The required delivery date is no later than September 15, 2026, though early delivery is encouraged. This procurement is being conducted as a small business set-aside.
