Description
Linden Public Schools is soliciting proposals for one Category 1 service request covering internet access and data transmission service with capacity from 5 Gbps to 10 Gbps. The service includes installation and initial configuration and is associated with the Linden DIA specification and Attachment A pricing worksheet. Attachment A identifies service at the Technology Department, including transport and internet bandwidth options, transport medium, facilities ownership or leasing status, monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and total costs. An optional managed router and a block of IP addresses are also listed. The proposed service term is 36 months with an explicitly stated service start date of July 1, 2027. Bidders must sign and date the specification document, complete and submit Attachment A, identify the vendor name and SPIN, indicate whether they own the transport, and tailor their response to the applicant's requirements. Proposals must comply with applicable New Jersey public-school procurement requirements.
