Description
Santa Fe College (SF), a public institution serving over 15,000 students in Gainesville, Florida, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential vendors for a modern Student Information System (SIS). The current systems are approaching end-of-life support and lack the scalability for emerging needs such as enhanced data analytics, mobile accessibility, and integration with AI-driven advising tools. SF seeks a cloud-native SIS that supports a full lifecycle of learners across various program types, offering intuitive self-service capabilities, robust functionality for flexible program structures, integrated communication tools, and efficient program management. The college also requires a modern, integrated data and technology environment with robust integration capabilities, advanced reporting and analytics, and strong data governance, including seamless interoperability with Workday HCM and Finance. Vendors are invited to provide detailed responses regarding their cover letter, mandatory criteria, qualifications and experience, strategic roadmap, functional requirements and scenarios, support services, and implementation services. Responses are due by July 14, 2026, via the BidNetDirect platform.
