Description
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) requires a renewal of their subscription and support for FINDER Platinum Tier 18. This includes FINDERPawn, which tracks transactions from second-hand dealers licensed within the City of Jacksonville and generates compliance reports. The expansion to FINDERInvestigate will provide officers with enhanced tools for investigations related to property recovery and streamline data sharing between law enforcement agencies. This software is crucial for solving crimes involving stolen property and firearms. Vetted Holdings, LLC, doing business as Finder Software, is the sole developer and direct supplier of FINDER Software and is the only authorized provider of support for this product. Market research has confirmed that no other authorized supplier can provide the necessary subscription and maintenance. This is a sole source procurement.
