Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is soliciting quotes for scale calibration and preventative maintenance services at their Jacksonville, FL site. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under NAICS code 811210. The requirement is a total small business set-aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Priced, Time and Material Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, not to exceed three years. The scope of work includes performing timely and effective preventative maintenance (PM) and calibration annually, as well as remedial service calls and repairs. This includes technical inspections and load tests as needed. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, insurance, travel, tools, supplies, and repair parts. Services must comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and installation policies. PM services are scheduled, while unscheduled corrective maintenance will be performed on a time and materials basis. Pricing for scheduled PM must be fixed, while time and materials pricing applies to unscheduled corrective maintenance, including parts and labor hours. All quotes must be submitted in U.S. Dollars and are due by 3:00 PM EST on Friday, July 10, 2026. Questions are due by Friday, June 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST via email. The solicitation requires a past performance proposal, including details on relevant prior contracts, and a completed past performance questionnaire submitted directly by the reference. The evaluation will be based on past performance and price, with past performance being significantly more important.
