Description
The Village of Coal City is soliciting lump-sum bids for the Well 7 Generator project. The selected contractor will perform and furnish the work described in the bidding documents, with substantial completion required by May 14, 2027, and final completion by June 4, 2027. Liquidated damages are specified at $500 per calendar day. The bid package requires a completed Bid Form, bid security, and Responsible Bidder Certification. Bidders must provide at least 40% of the labor required for the project. Bids must be delivered directly to the Village of Coal City; Chamlin & Associates will not accept bids.
