Description
The Rush-Henrietta Central School District is soliciting separate sealed bids for four work packages for its 2024 Capital Improvement Project Phase 2B: general trades, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Bidders must obtain the bid documents through the designated plan-room portal to be eligible to bid; the notice describes electronic and printed document options. A bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid is required with each bid. The successful bidder must execute the contract and furnish performance and payment bonds within 10 days after award.
