Description
British Columbia Pavilion Corporation (PavCo) issued this Request for Information to gather market feedback for a potential future procurement of an enterprise cloud-based point-of-sale ecosystem. The contemplated scope includes POS equipment and software, payment processing, integrations, implementation, support, equipment financing, and related services for a high-volume, event-driven stadium operation. Respondents may participate individually or with partners, including as software providers, payment processors, hardware suppliers, systems integrators, or financing providers. The response form requests a declaration letter, a solution overview, answers to a technical questionnaire, and optional high-level pricing information. The questionnaire covers equipment and lifecycle support, ownership and financing models, payment fees, software licensing, data and integrations, implementation and service levels, sponsorship and incentives, and sustainability and accessibility. This is an information-gathering exercise, not a tender or commitment to award a contract; responses will not be evaluated or ranked, and no contract will result from this RFI.
