Description
The Space Systems Command is requesting industry feedback on the production feasibility of a resilient Medium Earth Orbit Missile Warning and Tracking layer for Epochs 3 and 4. The feedback will inform the acquisition strategy and technical approach for delivering full warfighting capabilities supporting Overhead Persistent Infrared needs. Respondents may address individual or multiple elements: Epochs 3 and 4 space vehicles, including delivery, integration, and operations; the Medium Earth Orbit ground segment, including facilities, sites, and command and control; and digital engineering integration. The Government anticipates using a Firm Fixed Price contract with an Other Transaction Authority agreement for any resulting effort. This is an RFI for market research and planning, not a solicitation for proposals. Respondents should provide organizational information, CAGE code, UEI, point-of-contact information, prime or subcontractor role, and applicable capability and small-business participation information. Responses may be shared with identified government support contractors unless the respondent restricts release in its cover letter. A facility clearance of at least Secret is required to receive classified supporting information, and foreign firms may not participate at the prime-contractor level.
