Description
Mississippi State University intends to purchase additional fill-in band uniforms from Stanbury Uniforms. The uniforms must match the existing uniforms designed and manufactured by Stanbury in 2019 and repurchased in 2025, including the same materials, patterns, fabric, colors, and construction, so the new uniforms are indistinguishable from those currently worn by the university band. The estimated purchase amount is $12,919.40 plus shipping. This is a proposed sole-source purchase; parties objecting to the sole-source determination must submit a written notice explaining why another source can provide the required commodity, along with supporting documentation if applicable.
