Description
The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Holloman Air Force Base requires the renewal of software maintenance for six (6) PolyWorks Inspector licenses. The contract will include a one-year base period and four option years. The vendor shall deliver all required licenses and documentation no later than 10 days after receipt of order (ARO). The software serves as a standardized platform, ensuring data is displayed, communicated, and measured consistently across all shops, which is critical for validating measured components for Department of Defense customers. The specific brand-name software is the only product that can meet the Government's needs as it is fully integrated with the squadron's current PolyWorks provides essential, non-negotiable features utilized daily, including the ability to communicate directly with both the Spatial Analyzer software and the Renishaw inspection systems currently in use. Renewing the maintenance for the existing six (6) PolyWorks licenses is the only way to preserve this mission-critical, integrated system.
