Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires 10 solenoid valves (NSN: 4810-01-700-8002, OEM PN: 20-1141) manufactured by Parker-Hannifin Corp. These valves are specified for water diversion control to a storage tank and must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, including cushioning, fiberboard boxing, and bar-coding per ISO/IEC-16388-2007 Code 39 symbology. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, and failure to meet these requirements will result in rejection. Offers of 'equal' products must meet salient characteristics and will be evaluated by the USCG. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item using simplified acquisition procedures, with award to be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis for a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
