Description
The Virginia Department of General Services is soliciting a one-time bid for 112 cases of canned corned beef and 56 cases of chili con carne. The corned beef must comply with C.I.D. A-A-20136, have a minimum net weight of 104 ounces, and be packaged as 6 cans per case. The chili con carne must be packaged as 6 cans per case and use one of the approved brands: Castleberry Foods #7325 or Libby's #03125 (International Home Foods). Bidders must state the brand offered and the number of cases per pallet. The solicitation references the VDC Special Terms and Conditions, including requirements concerning the quality of products shipped. Delivery is required on October 14, 2026, and a delivery appointment is required. This is a Small Business Set-Aside and a one-time requirement.
