The Virginia Department of General Services is soliciting a qualified vendor for a term contract to supply graded, canned jelly and apple butter. The listed line items are USDA Grade A apple jelly, USDA Grade A grape jelly, and USDA Grade A apple butter, packaged as 6 cans per case with specified minimum label weights; kosher certification is required for the apple jelly and apple butter items. Award will be made on a line-by-line basis. Each listed line has a delivery date of October 26, 2026.
