Description
The Broome County Land Bank Corporation is soliciting qualifications from experienced individuals or firms to provide construction management services for its Affordable Homes Program, Vacant Rental Program, and other Land Bank initiatives. The scope includes construction inspections, review of test results and payment applications, requests for information and change orders, schedule and quantity tracking, construction coordination and progress meetings, and administration of construction contracts and approved subcontractors. Respondents must submit a statement of interest; qualifications, management experience, capacity, assigned personnel and resumes; current clients and managed projects; at least three professional references for similar projects; cost structure for additional reimbursable work; a completed EEO/MWBE form; and a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. The Land Bank may award multiple contracts, may interview selected respondents, and identifies this as a one-time professional services contract.
