Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids for nine new custom kayak landscape trailers with accessories for the State Parks Division. The requested units are enclosed landscape or utility trailers with solid roofs, tandem axles, electric brakes, rear ramp doors, front side doors, mesh sides, treated plywood flooring, DOT-compliant lighting and reflective tape, breakaway systems, spare tires, trailer jacks, and manufacturer-standard warranties. The trailers must be approximately 16 feet long and 82–84 inches wide, with a minimum 7,000-pound gross weight rating. Unit pricing must include shipping, delivery, offloading, and related charges, with delivery FOB destination. Respondents must identify the offered make and model, color, warranty, exceptions, and estimated delivery time, and should provide descriptive product literature addressing the specifications. The contract expires upon delivery and final acceptance.
