Description
Oregon Metro is requesting proposals from a single firm to provide processing and marketing services for tires off rims and tires on rims for the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services Department. The agency makes no guarantee of tonnage and may direct some or all tires to other facilities, contractors, or programs during the contract term.
