Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking information from capable contractors that can provide and install some or all of a specified furniture package for a recently resurfaced employee terrace. The package includes dining furniture, lounge furniture, tables, benches, chairs, planters, picnic tables, ottomans, and metal umbrella or shade structures. The attached basis-of-design list identifies products and quantities, including Extremis Sensu shade products, Emu Americas seating and bar furniture, and Barco hexagonal picnic tables; technically equivalent substitutions may be proposed subject to the buyer's approval. This is a sources-sought/request-for-information notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for proposal or quote. Respondents must provide firm information, a general statement of qualifications and capabilities, and any innovative approaches or cost-saving suggestions relevant to the requested products and installation.
