Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to 10X Genomics, Inc. for Single-Cell Multiome ATAC plus Gene Expression Sequencing Assay kits. The requirement supports analysis of genome-wide chromatin accessibility and transcriptome gene-expression profiles in human iPSC-derived cerebral organoid samples. The requested supplies include RNase Inhibitor 40x, Single Index Kit N Set A, Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Multiome ATAC plus Gene Expression Reagent Bundles, Chromium Next GEM Chip J Single Cell Kits, and Dual Index Kit TT Set A.
