Description
Martin-Harris Construction, acting as Construction Manager at Risk, is accepting qualification applications from properly licensed subcontractors, suppliers, and material and equipment vendors to become eligible to bid on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Dental School Mezzanine Addition and Simulation Clinic Remodel, CMAR Project Number 908-GS. The work includes construction of a mezzanine and renovation of the student lounge and Dental School Simulation Clinic. The project includes structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and utility upgrades, along with coordination and final connections for owner-provided equipment and furnishings. Applicants must be qualified under NRS 338.16991. Firms on the Nevada State Public Works Division List of Qualified Bidders with qualifications expiring after September 8, 2026, are deemed qualified within their listed license classifications and limits. Small, local, diverse, and disadvantaged firms are encouraged to participate.
