Description
The City of Henderson is seeking a contractor to renovate and reconfigure approximately 160 square feet of the existing day room at Fire Station 95 into two private dorm rooms for fire personnel. Each room must include a separate alerting system, individual climate controls, insulated wall assemblies meeting the required Sound Transmission Class rating, an acoustic tile ceiling system, a ceiling fan, and a lockable door. The work is entirely base bid with no alternate bid items. The project estimate is $85,000, and the stated duration is 60 days. The solicitation includes plans, a revised scope of work, facility standards, teledata standards, construction terms and conditions, environmental and safety requirements, ownership and bidder-preference forms, subcontractor lists, and apprenticeship-related forms.
