The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for furnishing and installing healthcare process quality systems. This project aims to support the Sterile Processing Department and Decontamination Room operations at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. The goal is to upgrade the water systems to comply with ANSI/AAMI Standard 108:2023 for medical device processing water and increase endoscope processing capacity from five to sixteen endoscopes per day. The scope of work includes the installation and upgrade of water softening, reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, ultraviolet disinfection, storage tanks, pumps, and associated piping and controls. The systems must provide both utility water and critical water, including final rinse critical water for existing washer equipment and contingency operations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Responses are due by February 17, 2026, at 10:00 am MST.
