Description
Immaculate Conception School is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) under E-Rate Funding Year 2027. The selected provider will operate, manage, monitor, and support the school's existing eligible Category 2 network infrastructure. Identified equipment includes a firewall, switches, router, cabling, wireless access points, network controller, and UPS battery backup; a more specific make-and-model inventory is available from the contact. Bidders may propose equivalent or comparable brands where applicable and may include hourly rates for networking services. Proposals must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001459, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, include the provider's E-Rate SPIN, and comply with applicable E-Rate rules. The school may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or other contract terms, and wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
