Description
The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, Capitol Complex, seeks a turnkey installation of a single storefront entrance at a parking garage. The contractor must procure, assemble, and install the storefront framing, glazing, electrical components, and security access components in accordance with the engineered drawings and specifications. The framing system is not brand-specific but must meet or exceed the specifications and accommodate the specified glass. The quote must identify the proposed framing brand and specifications and confirm the ability to meet the project deadline. The work includes shop drawings for approval, installation sequencing, coordination with the State project manager, temporary access controls, pedestrian protection, daily sidewalk cleanup, and required permits and right-of-way coordination. Work is to be completed during regular business hours unless after-hours work is approved; the State will not pay for after-hours work. The project budget is $75,000, and the project must be closed out by June 30, 2027.
