Description
The Village of Unadilla is soliciting sealed bids for the estimated supply of 5,000 gallons of unleaded regular gasoline; 3,250 gallons of diesel fuel; 2,000 gallons of a 60/40 fuel mix; 2,500 gallons of fuel oil; and 4,500 gallons of LP gas. The fuels will support village vehicles, equipment, and buildings, including the garage, firehouse, and community house. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Village. The contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
