Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires bulk medical-grade liquid oxygen for patient care at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The contractor must provide oxygen, main and reserve tanks, tank rentals, telemetry, delivery with certificates of analysis, portal administration, alarm systems, inspections, flowmeter calibration, annual certifications, maintenance, daily inventory reporting, and refill services. The scope also includes coordinating and supporting relocation of the existing bulk oxygen tank farm, removing existing tanks, providing temporary oxygen during construction, installing and commissioning new tanks and associated equipment at the future location, performing site preparation and modifications, and coordinating with the VA’s engineering and architect/engineer teams. The contract is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity arrangement with a base year and four option years. Offers must include pricing for line items 0001 through 4006, an authorized-dealer/distributor/reseller authorization letter or equivalent OEM documentation, the required limitations-on-subcontracting certification, and a current SAM UEI.
