Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide and deliver dairy products to USP Marion. The requirement includes 572,000 half-pint containers of pasteurized whole milk, 3,120 pounds of cottage cheese, and 4,160 pounds of sour cream, with weekly deliveries beginning the week of October 4, 2026. Products must meet the applicable Commercial Item Description standards and specified packaging, shelf-life, kosher, and product requirements. Offerors must enter a unit price, total price, and brief packaging description for each line item they wish to quote. The completed SF 1449 solicitation document and vendor information sheet must be submitted by the stated deadline. Award evaluation will consider price and past performance.
