Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting bids for the re-advertisement of RFB-264-25, concerning BP-2 of the Kentucky Horse Park New Competition Barn project. The base bid requires providing and installing custom modular stalls and interlocking rubber mats for 368 stalls: 100 in Barn A, 100 in Barn B, 84 in Barn J, and 84 in Barn K. The solicitation also includes nine alternates. The BP-2 general contractor must coordinate scheduling and installation with the BP-1 general contractor so both bid packs can achieve Substantial Completion during the construction period. The estimated project value is $1,700,000, and the estimated project length is 160 days to Substantial Completion plus 30 days to Final Completion.
