Description
Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide design services for one or more of six water and stormwater capital improvement projects. The scope includes project management, site reconnaissance, survey and mapping, geotechnical and environmental investigations where required, construction drawings, technical specifications, bid documents, construction cost estimates, permitting and agency coordination, phased design, and record drawings. Projects include waterline replacements, storm drain replacements and improvements, fiber conduit coordination, drainage infrastructure assessment, wetland delineation, utility coordination, and evaluation of trenchless construction methods. Respondents may pursue any combination of the six projects and must identify relevant qualifications, project experience, technical approach, staffing capacity, proposed schedules, and at least three similar project references. The SOQ is limited to 10 pages, excluding the cover, table of contents, resumes, and required forms; price information must not be included. Final bid-ready designs are due by January 31, 2027, for four projects and by March 31, 2027, for the Park Avenue and Park City Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements projects.
