Description
The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research for initial and recurring cleaning and maintenance of an 84-point Combat Arms Firing Range. The scope includes cleaning two bullet traps; HEPA vacuuming each firing position; quarterly pressure washing; D-Lead wipe-downs; cleaning around the air-handling unit; servicing an air compressor; lubricating bullet-trap auger systems; and servicing two dust-collection units, including filter removal, HEPA vacuuming, and reinstallation. Replacement filters, if needed, must be Custom Made High Efficiency DCU Cartridge Filters or an approved equivalent. The contractor must collect and manage lead- and copper-contaminated dust, used filters, used PPE, and other contaminated materials; place hazardous waste in sealed, labeled U.N.-rated steel drums; coordinate with the installation environmental office; and complete a final inspection before demobilization. Personnel handling hazardous materials must hold current HAZWOPER certification. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation or request for quotations. Respondents must provide company and capability information, business classification, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, up to two recent and relevant references from the last three years if capable, and proof of capability such as a price estimate or price schedule.
