Description
The City of Las Vegas is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms or individuals to provide complete design services for the Medical Education and Training Center. The scope includes programming, conceptual design, cost estimates, specifications, drawings, permitting submittals, bidding support, construction support, and all necessary federal reporting requirements. The project is partially funded through the United States Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration. The design may be completed in two phases: Phase 1—Programming and Conceptual Design; and Phase 2—Schematic Design through Construction Documents. Addendum 4, issued September 10, 2026, updates the response attachments tab and provides answers to submitted questions. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically through NGEM by the stated deadline; partial submissions will not be accepted.
