Description
The City of Madison Engineering Department is soliciting bids for a Streets East Facility lighting retrofit. The procurement requires a complete bid for specified quantities and exact models of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, lamps, lighting and dimming controls, occupancy and lighting sensors, timers, remote kits, and related electrical accessories. Substitutions are not permitted without prior approval, and bidders must include all material required for installation and operation, shipping, tariffs, and other invoiced expenses. Delivery is a single shipment to 4602 Sycamore Avenue in Madison, with the bidder required to hold shipments in its warehouse until January 2027 and provide a bill of material with the shipment. Bidders must submit Forms A through E: Signature Affidavit, Receipt of Forms and Submittal Checklist, Vendor Profile, Cost Proposal, and References. The bid must be submitted electronically by email, with the solicitation number in the subject line and the complete bid package under the stated size limit. The solicitation requires three references not from the City of Madison and includes insurance requirements that apply before contract performance.
