Description
The contractor will produce audiovisual and photographic materials documenting the UniPod project's activities, results, and impact. The scope includes coverage of project activities and events; youth testimonial, animated explanatory, promotional, institutional, progress, and results videos; and documentary-style stories about incubator projects. The contractor is responsible for creative production, scripting, recording, graphics, editing, and postproduction, and must deliver editable project files, raw footage, RAW photographs, and high-resolution master files. Video deliverables must be at least Full HD, with MP4 H.264 files; the offer must include at least two rounds of revisions without additional charge. The solicitation requires a company with relevant audiovisual experience, proposed key personnel, equipment, a delivery plan, and a contingency plan. The proposal must include company and project experience information, staff CVs, a technical response, methodology and schedule, and a financial offer using the provided pricing sheet. Subcontracting is prohibited. The contract is described as a services contract, with payment tied to acceptance of specified deliverables.
