Description
The Air Force Test Center is procuring 197 authentic, factory-new Hewlett Packard Enterprise enterprise solid-state drives: 52 units of part number P09926-001, 100 units of P40563-B21, and 45 units of P49750-001, or HPE-certified superseding/interchangeable products. Alternative brands and "or equal" products are not acceptable; drives must include authentic, factory-installed, digitally signed HPE firmware and the original manufacturer's full three-year commercial warranty. Refurbished, gray-market, and third-party drives are prohibited. This is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with shipping, packaging, and delivery included in the unit prices. Quotations must provide CLIN-level pricing, a delivery commitment, company CAGE code and UEI, proof of active WOSB certification, and certification that the offered products meet the HPE authenticity and warranty requirements. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after award receipt, with award based on technical acceptability and lowest evaluated price.
