Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires a regional standing offer for Western Digital Purple hard disk drives or equivalent for surveillance-footage storage in network video recording systems. The procurement is conditionally set aside under the Government of Canada's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, and suppliers must certify eligibility under that program. It is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners, with award based on the lowest-priced compliant proposal. The standing offer has an estimated 24-month period. The solicitation amendment extends the closing deadline to September 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Environmentally preferable packaging is encouraged, and submissions may be provided in either official language of Canada.
